How to answer behavioural interview questions

You’ve landed the interview, you’ve nailed your “tell me about yourself” story, and pulled out your best bits, but HOW do you answer those dreaded “tell me about a time when…” questions?

In this week’s episode Sarah and Emma talk about how to structure answers to behavioural interview questions. We role play with mock questions so you guys will get to hear what works well in the answers, how to strengthen them and the common mistakes that come up.
